Return & Refund Policy – Terms & Conditions

Marketplace provides a “No Questions Asked” Return and Refund Policy, allowing customers to return products at the time of delivery if dissatisfied with product quality.

In instances where the customer is unavailable at delivery, complaints may be raised within 24 to 48 hours post-delivery. Submission of photographic evidence of the products in question is compulsory for feedback and processing purposes.

Returned products may be replaced at the company's discretion. If the items delivered do not correspond with the order placed, Marketplace will replace them with the correct products.

Delivery Failure Terms

  • Inaccurate or incomplete address
  • Recipient unavailability
  • Locked premises
  • Order refusal

The customer will be billed for the order in full. No refunds will be issued under such circumstances. Furthermore, a re-delivery fee of ₹30 shall apply for subsequent delivery attempts.

Cancellation

No cancellations accepted from the side of consumers.

Refunds

No refund policy, we will only replace the packets if there is some manufacturing defect.
